My Story
Born in Brazil and shaped by global experiences, Luz's creative journey began at the intersection of music, architecture, and visual storytelling. He once owned a nightclub in São Paulo, where he first made his mark as a VJ — crafting immersive visual experiences that transformed spaces into living canvases. His innovative work quickly gained international recognition, earning him a place among the world’s top VJs and multiple awards in video mapping competitions.
Luz’s creative evolution led him from the club scene to experimental public art. In 2017, he contributed to a large-scale art installation at Burning Man, igniting a new chapter in his exploration of collective ritual and immersive environments.
From 2023 to 2025, Luz has taken the desert by storm again — this time as a solo artist — with his transformative installation, Anti-Gravitational Chamber, featured on the Burning Man playa. This piece invites participants into an altered state of perception through a seamless integration of structure, light, and spiritual symbolism.
At the core of Luz's work is a deep belief in the power of intention, presence, and shared experience. His portfolio spans academic research, nightlife innovation, immersive art, and digital and visual performances at world stages — always inviting others into deeper reflection, sensation, and connection.
